Beautifully landscaped 3 bedroom, 2 bath, home that is perfect for a family, friends or a romantic getaway. Comfortably sleeps seven. Bright and airy, built-in surround sound, air-conditioned, ceiling fans, hardwood floors, fully equipped kitchen and kitchenette, screened cedar porch, stone patio, outdoor grill with picnic benches. Short walk to tennis, less than 1 mile to town. Amenities include washer/dryer, microwave, 2 TVs with DVD, wireless internet, iPod dock, telephone and outdoor shower. While the house is sun-filled during the day, the tract and indirect lights cast a romantic glow at night. Combined with the outdoor landscape lights and outdoor sound speakers, dining under the stars on the secluded lawn is a true amorous adventure.

Holiday Serenity!

My family and I rented this property over the fourth of july 2009 and had a wonderful time. The home is beautiful, clean and spacious. We found that it was close to circuit ave without being in the middle of the party. Also had some great amenities that we didnt expect!

I would definately recommend this property!

A weekend wedding stayover in April /09

Hi ,
My name is Ann and we rented this lovely home on April 17th. -19th. due to my daughter's wedding being held on the island. Although we weren't around the home much it turned out to be the perfect location. My daughter was married at "Farm Neck Golf Course" which was about a mile down the street. This house is located on a dead -end street in a very quiet, friendly neighborhood. The next door neighbors' which are also is the caretakers of the home even helped us carry our luggage into the house! Too bad we didn't have more time to spend there. Next time I would recommend bringing bikes and enjoying the whole island. I can't wait to make a return visit!

Great Spot on the Vineyard!

I stayed here with my husband, two kids and nanny for a week or so and it was great. The house has lots of light and was very clean and nicely furnished with all necessary kitchen amenities. There's a nice screened-in dining porch overlooking the yard which was great for dinners. The kids loved the hammock in the back. Location was great, very close to the restaurants and beach with easy bike or walk. Liked that the lower level has its own bath and kitchen area and there's a laundry room on the first floor. Would definitely come back!

Fun, Romantic, get-away property

I've had the chance to stay at this house in-season and off. Not only was I happy to discover the fun, and relaxation, to be had on the Vineyard off-season, but this house proved to be perfect for all occasions too. Had a great time with friends on the screened in porch, in-season, and enjoyed late night scrabble and romantic nights by the fire during the off-season. Excellent proximity to town (a nice walk in the summer and a nice brisk walk in the winter). Also made good use of the tennis courts at a nearby school. Great house, clean, great layout for multiple parties (me and my fiance on the top floor, my sister, brother-in-law and her children on the first, with their own separate kitchenette). Again, a great rental house.
