Location! Location! Two story house with living area above on the quiet north end of Folly Beach with dock on creek and beach across the street. Three bedrooms with two baths and extra sleeping in sun room, comfortable for 9 persons. This is a kid friendly house. Upstairs paneled with heart pine floors. Downstairs bedrooms with ceramic tile. Keep cool with central air or the breezy sundeck on the front. Very comfortable dining arrangements for larger groups. Spectacular creek, sunset, and Morris Island Lighthouse views from the dock. Great water access from dock for kayaks and john boats. Public launch for bigger boats on the island. This house is ideally located for boaters with miles of quiet creeks, deserted beaches and endless views across pristine salt marshes. Kayaks available at additional cost. The 'Washout ' at Folly is the surfing hot spot of South Carolina.

Folly Beach is the affordable laid back alternative to other Charleston beaches. Only a 20 minute drive to historic downtown Charleston. Folly is a boater's paradise. State of the art public, four lane boat launch is located on the island with ample parking. House has a dock on a tidal creek - excellent for kayaks and jonboats. Creek provides access to miles of marsh creeks, waterways, and deserted islands. Enjoy the view of the Morris Island Lighthouse from the dock. Beach access is across the street. Kayaks available to renters with advanced notice.
