This house is located 150 feet from the Narragansett Seawall, a great place for a walk or run. Just a short walk to the Narragansett Town Beach (the best beach in town), the house is located on a dead-end street of well-maintained rental homes in Narragansett Pier. The property contains two buildings..the main house and the guest house. The main house has central air, 3 bedrooms, a full bath, spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen (kitchen renovation scheduled Spring 2013), washer/dryer and hot/cold outdoor shower. The kitchen is in the process of renovation and will be brand new and beautiful for the Summer of 2013. The guest house has a half bath, family room and one bedroom (sleeps 4+)…a place the kids are sure to love!! All bedrooms have high quality mattresses. The house is very clean, well maintained, and it is painted & decorated in bright cheery beach decor.

This home has a spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean from the spacious screen porch that overlooks the Narragansett Seawall. The front porch is a delightful place that you’ll find you enjoy any time of the day, whether it is during your morning coffee, an afternoon siesta or for a delicious evening meal. This location is very convenient to all the attractions that Narragansett has to offer - 3 state beaches+town beach. Additional Information: Convenient to Everything!!!: Our home is located just minutes from everything you will need, stores, beaches, restaurants, Point Judith, fishing charters, Block Island Ferry, Narragansett Pier, summer carnivals, Narragansett Art Festival, fireworks, bike path, etc, etc, etc. 30 mins to Newport, Jazz Festival, Folk Festival, Foxwoods, and Providence. A wide variety of restaurants are available around town from those great summer clam shacks to the upscale fine dining. There is also more to Narragansett than the wonderful beaches. Successfully in the rental business since 2001, we are an owner operated business. No rental agencies!! We care about your experience in our home, unlike rental agencies who are cold and impersonal. We live nearby in the summer and respond quickly to all requests. We provide direct access thru our cell phones. For the benefit of all guests, we physically visit the home to be sure it is ready to recieve the next week's guests. We also survey our guests to assure that the house is in order and attempt to provide a top quality rental property.

The house is beautifully decorated and painted in bright seaside colors. The beds and furniture are so comfy it feels like home. The kitchen is in the process of renovation and will be brand new and beautiful for Summer 2013.

A separate guest house on the property, which houses a living room with cable TV, half bath and a bedroom, is a safe and private place where older kids and teens will love to stay. It's also a great place for adults looking for some rest and relaxation away from the main house.

It is 2 miles (7 minute drive) from Scarborough State Beach and a 10 minute drive to Roger Wheeler and Salty Brine State Beaches, the Block Island Ferry, South County Bike Path and the Port of Galilee It is a short 20 minute drive to many area golf courses, Newport, Foxwoods and Mohegan Sun casinos. Narragansett offers many activities all summer long including the Summer Music Series in the Park, Concerts on the Beach, Weekly Dancing at the Tower, fireworks, play grounds, fishing pier, surfing, Pier Market Shopping Village.   • Our bathrooms are in very good condition, nicely decorated and very clean. The MAIN HOUSE has a full bath. The GUEST HOUSE has a half bath. Also, the house has a hot and cold water, outdoor shower in the back yard. There is nothing better after a day of sunscreen and sand!!!

(We used to be so disappointed when we vacationed in rentals with bad beds. Comfortable beds definitely add to the quality of your vacation!!) All bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans and cable TV. The GUEST HOUSE has a family room with cable tv. It also has a bedroom with two twin beds and a full size futon. Bed linens and towels are not provided.

Hear ocean from bedroom, full view from porch

Great spot for a family or friends vacation. All newly rennovated and sparkling clean with really comfortable beds & furniture. Unlike most rentals, lots of places for privacy - reading a book on the porch or in yard. Guest house in rear was perfect for kids! The "boys" stayed out back in their own man cave and the girls stayed in the main house. Nice place for a large family gathering or groups of friends. One block walk to sea wall and about 10 minute walk to Narragansett beach - beach passes and parking pass a big plus! Lots of restaurants within walking distance. Owners are very friendly and available at any time. We loved it so much that we've already booked for summer 2013.

Wonderful, relaxing house, great for families

Great house and so much space! Location was a short jaunt to one of our favorite restaurants. Because of the additional space in the cottage, We had my parents down and enjoyed the restaurants after dark as well! The owners were very responsive to our questions and available during our stay. House was clean and the beds were comfy! We will be sure to book another summer vacation!

Great house and guest cottage in a great location

This is a great place to rent in a very convenient location. The house (along with a small guest cottage in the back) is a few houses from the the walk along the water in Narragansett and .5 miles from the town beach (which is an excellent beach). Great place to walk, cycle and kayak. The owner's are next door and very accomodating. Excellent screen porch in front. Note that there's no A/C but ceiling fans in all the rooms.
