The Owner purchased this cottage in 2012
We bought this home because we have lived in the Pier during the summer for years. We believe it is that the Pier is THE PLACE TO BE in Narragansett, or for that matter in RI, in the summer. It offers so many restaurants and events within walking distance. Best of all, it offers pristine Narragansett Beach, with it's fine sand, and spectacular waves. And of course, we can't talk about Narraganset Pier without mentioning the benefits of living near the famous Seawall. It is such a pleasant place for a leisurely stroll or a run, and you can't beat the scenery!
This house has such character and charm. It is a classic Narragansett bungalow with a large, screen porch that is a lovely place for a cat nap on a summer afternoon, or to watch the show from the heavens during a evening thunderstorm.
The property is unique with its detached guest house which was used as a maid's quarters back in the 1930's. Today, it houses a living room with cable TV, half bath and a bedroom. It is a safe and private place where older kids and teens will love to stay. It's also a great place for adults looking for some rest and relaxation away from the main house.
This is a classic Narragansett bungalow. It is located on a quiet dead-end street just 2 houses from the Narragansett seawall, and is within walking distance to Narragansett town beach.
