Photos and Description of the Shipyard vacation townhome rental - 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, sleeps 4-5

Our townhome is within easy walking distance of the beach and but a stones' throw from the swimming pool. It is two stories with two bedrooms and two baths on the upper floor and a half bath on the lower. There is a king size bed in the master (with TV) and two twins in the guest room. We also have a roll-a-way twin bed in case there is an additional guest. A washer/dryer is available if needed; hopefully our ironing board will continue to see little use. Downstairs you'll find a bright and cheerful living/dining area (with TV, VCR and DVD) plus a fully equipped kitchen and breakfast nook. The far end of the living area is all glass from which to watch the golfers pass by on the 7th fairway. A small outside deck with tables and chairs is a great place to enjoy a book or a 'wine and cheese' party in the evening. You'll find various 'beach items' in the storage shed. If tennis is your thing, Van De Meer Tennis is directly across the street. There's even a bike to ride on beach.
