Photos and Description of the Shipyard vacation villa rental
- 2 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, sleeps 4-5

Our townhome is within easy walking distance of the beach and 100 yds from the swimming pool. It is two stories with two bedrooms and two baths on the upper floor. There is a king size bed in the master (with TV) and two twin beds in the guest room. We also have a roll-a-way twin bed in case there is an additional guest. A washer/dryer is available if needed . Downstairs you'll find a bright and cheerful living/dining area (with large LCD TV, DVD and wi-fi DSL connection). There is also a fully equipped kitchen, a breakfast nook and half bath. The far end of the living area is all glass from which to watch the golfers pass by on the 7th fairway. A small outside deck with tables and chairs is a great place to enjoy a book or a 'wine and cheese' party in the evening. You'll find various 'beach items' in our storage shed. Van De Meer Tennis is directly across the street and Shipyard has 27 holes of golf. Most Shopping and restaurants are no more than 10 minutes away.
About Jack and Betty Williams

Betty and I have been both owned and rented this villa for over 13 years. We use it several weeks a year as do our children and grand children. Each year we strive to continually improve the villa and make it more comfortable.

It's fully equipped, clean and ready to make your vacation a fun event. You'll find that it's location is central to everything on the island. There is lots of parking space near the front door, quick and easy access to the beach and the swimming pool is 100 yards away under several beautiful live oak trees.

What makes this villa unique

Our guest tell us they like having the bedrooms upstairs and kitchen and living room downstairs. It lets early risers move about without disturbing the sleep of others.

I wanted to call and tell you how nice the condo is. You continue to upgrade areas each year. We especially like the new carpeting and the glass top dining room table. This along with the new furniture arrangement and the tile you installed last year make it extremely livable. Maria
