Condo, 4 Bedrooms + Convertible bed(s), 3 Baths, (Sleeps 8-10)

Fabulous vacation location, just off the beach and boardwalk in Ocean City New Jersey, 'America's Greatest Family Resort'. Two master suites so everyone has privacy! These condos have everything to make your family vacation special! Six season beach tags are included with this condo rental!

No smoking and no pets permitted. Park in the garage (holds 2 cars) and walk to everything. Large condos have over 2000 SF of living area. There are 2 condos just next to each other - great for large family groups! Contact me and I'll direct you to my web site where you can see photos of both.

Rentals are to family groups and mature adults over the age of 25 only. No proms or graduation groups - please don't ask!

Condo layout - first floor, living, dining, kitchen plus master suite with queen bed, flat screen tv, bathroom with private powder room section plus shower, sauna and large hot tub. This floor also has a laundry room and access to the private deck with electric grill.

Second floor - master suite with king bed, flat screen tv, walk in closet, sitting area and private bath. 2 additional bedrooms 1 with queen bed, flat screen tv and 1 with 2 twin beds and flat screen tv. Across from these 2 bedrooms is an additional hall bath.

Includes free wireless internet, 42 inch wide screen wall mounted flat screen in living room plus a a TV in every bedroom! No smoking and no pets permitted, please.

We love Ocean City for its family fun atmosphere and all the activities year round!

We love to travel and bring our family to Ocean City for vacations.

The Owner purchased this condo in 2003
Why The Owner chose Boardwalk

We chose this vacation home in this location because it is close to the beach, boardwalk, and shopping. This is the perfect spot for summer vacation and spring and fall festival weekends. First Night (Family New Years Eve Celebration) activities are all within walking distance.

What makes this condo unique

The 2 car garage lets us park the cars and store any beach gear. Restaurants, shopping, beach and boardwalk are just steps away.

The condo has enough room for the family to be together or spread out.

It was a great week! We took day trips to the Delaware bay and watched the migrating birds. May is a great time to be in Ocean City. The condo is very nice - we are returning guests from 2008.
