Directions : From Portland: I295 to Exit 28 (Coastal Route Brunswick/Bath), merge onto US-1 towards Bath (left lane at 3rd light), follow US-1 to Bath taking exit ramp to ME-209 towards Phippsburg (Sebasco/Popham/Small Point), follow ME-209, make slight right onto ME-216 towards Sebasco, turn left onto ME-217 towards West Point, continue on ME-217 to Harbor View Road, turn right (house at end of road down driveway).

Home rental at West Point (Phippsburg), ME

Enjoyed our stay here. Property was exactly as described and would not hesitate to rent again. Clean, well maintain-ed, close to Sebasco Resort and not far from Bath ME.
Disadvantages few. Water was brackish, so we supplied
drinking water and ice. No dishwasher but that's pretty much standard for the area. Limited view of ocean from deck. Owner very nice and helpful.
Good restaurants accessible by car. Not too far.
Weather was great.
