Exquisitely decorated Victorian home in the heart of the historical district. Boasting a large wrap-around porch with wicker seating, spacious yard, and outdoor shower. One will find seven tastefully decorated bedrooms with period antiques in the Victorian style. Upon entering the grand foyer you will find a large living room, a formal dining room, as well as an eat in kitchen. Enclosed porch with an abundance of seating with a 52' Flat Screen TV as well as an Arcade Game. Home is located 1 block from the Atlantic Ocean and the beautiful white sand beaches of LBI. My sisters and I and our families, 20 in all ranging from 20 months to 60+ years have spent our second year at the Penn Raven Cottage...what a great place to vacation.

All the rooms are spacious and comfortable. We couldn't feel more at home and plan to spend many more vacations there. What a great place!!

My family and I rented this beautiful home in October of 2007 for a reunion party. The rooms are amazing -- large, comfortable and well kept. Dave and his family take great pride in their property.

I know the home has been updated because an older woman stopped by to take a look around - she lived there until she was 14 and she was amazed at the way that the house was lovingly renovated.

I would stay here every year if I could!
