There is one master bedroom suite with deluxe private bath located on the first floor. Special coffered ceilings with lighting and ceiling fan make this an ideal retreat. You can enjoy TV or a DVD from the privacy of your suite or indulge in the incredible master bath.
The second floor has three additional bedroom suites each with a fabulous private bath. Each bedroom features abundant closet space and TV and DVD player for your enjoyment. The laundry room is also located on this level. While doing your laundry with the new state of the art computerized washer or dryer, you can enjoy a cold refreshment from the built in wet bar with refrigerator. It is your vacation, and if you have to do laundry it does not have to be a chore.
The third floor boasts two additional large bedrooms with an extra large Jack and Jill bath between the bedrooms. From this level you have views of the ocean and a special media area in one of these rooms. A built in high definition 60 inch Sony Plasma TV with DVD player and surround sound are found here. A wet bar is also located in this room. This is an ideal area to have the kids watch movies or for the adults to enjoy their favorite sporting events. There is a balcony off of this bedroom (again with ocean views). Other balconies are found on all levels of this home. Ceiling fans are located throughout the house. There’s even a business station with a computer and high speed internet access.
The luxury continues in the beautiful fenced backyard. There is a designer swimming pool open to the outside but under roof, which can be used as a whirlpool tub (if heated) at one end. The pool can be heated for an additional charge. There is a full bath near the pool and outside shower to clean off after a fun day at the beach. This mid-island location is close to all of the island’s many attractions. Directly across the street is a beautiful park, with ball fields, tennis courts and basketball courts. There is even a free 'golf cart' shuttle service directly from this house to the beach and back during the peak season. Shuttle runs every day except Saturday. If you prefer to walk to the beach it is an easy walk through the park to one of the nicest and least crowded beaches on the island.
