Sleeps 8. Beautiful 4 bed detached villa with shared pool and sea views. Air con. Large balcony with BBQ. Well kept garden with terrace. The lively resort of Bodrum is 5km away with array of bars, restaurants, clubs etc. Also has a beautiful beach, lovely Marina, great shopping and a beautiful castle.

The villa was built in May 2005 and is one of 7 identical villas built on the plot and are all privately owned and furnished to each individuals taste. As we will be using our villa on a regular basis we have furnished our property to the highest possible standards with all the mod cons you would expect to find at home and more. Our villa is directly poolside and has English and foreign satellite TV in the lounge and 2 of the bedrooms, we also have a DVD player that plays CD’s and Kodak discs. The lounge and dining area and all bedrooms have air-conditioning and the lounge can be adjusted to heat the property as well. We have a microwave oven, kettle, toaster, sandwich toaster as well as much more which should add to your comfort. Our villa is a triplex (3 floors) with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. 2 bedrooms are situated on the ground floor and share a bathroom. The other 2 bedrooms are on the top floor and are both en-suite with a further toilet on the first floor.

Note:

Air conditioning is in all the bedrooms and the main living area. Suitable for children as we have 2 under the age of 3.

Further Details:

A large supermarket is 10 mins away but 1 min from the villa is a great friendly local store that sells everything you need. Torba village has a good internet Cafe and cheap telephone lines. For main facilities you need to go to Bodrum where all the banks are with AMT machines etc.

Booking Notes:

Bookings can be made by sending a deposit of £225pw with the full balance 6 weeks before the start of your trip. Late bookings must be paid in full at time of booking but can often be discounted according to availability.
