About our home:
This Custom built home is Fully furnished, tastefully decorated well equipped and maintained by a local Management company Upgrades such as Tile, king bed, private heated pool and free international and free long distance calls for your stay, we hope will make your visit to Disney a memorable one.
* Spacious floor plan 1,840 sq. feet, fully air-conditioned.
* 28 x12 Heated Pool, fully screened, Very Private with patio table and chairs plus Loungers and a gas BBQ.
* Family room has two 3 seater sofas, Cable TV, DVD player, phone - with view of the pool.
* Second living room - looks over the front of the property, a quiet area to relax and read!
* Dining area has a large table ( 6 chairs) with view of the pool. The kitchen has a large nook area with table and chairs ( 4). Kitchen also has a breakfast bar - 2 stools.
* Master Bedroom is a King, has a 19in Cable TV with DVD and video player There is a phone in this bedroom. The en-suite bathroom is upgraded - sunken corner tub, walk in shower, vanities, separate toilet with access to pool.
*The Second bedroom is a queen
*The Third bedroom is 2 x twin
We do not have a sofa bed , but we have included the use of 2 roll a way beds for your stay, so sleeps 8 and you can place them in which ever room your prefer!
*These two bedroom share a full bathroom with shower, and has access to the pool.
*The kitchen is fully equipped, all appliances - full stove, grill, 4 ring burner, fridge with freezer, ice maker, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, etc. all dishes, pots and pans supplied.
*Large clothes washer and dryer. All linens and towels supplied. The home has a 2 car garage with electronic door, (button on wall to open the door).Good sized drive way).
The home has a monitored alarm system and a lock box for key arrangements. We have set up a guests book for this new web site. Below are some comments that guests e-mailed us before we had the site.
