Charming and exclusive Villa situated in the heart of Le Marche region .

Villa San Pellegrino dates back to the 1800, but it has been completely renovated in the 1990. It belonged to a noble and very well known Italian family . The Private Chapel, inside the park, dates back to the 1460, marked in the Archives as one of the oldest Churches in Macerata. Villa San Pellegrino is finished with top quality materials such as white marble, timber, iron-wrought, and especially furnishings and materials recently employed confer to the Villa an elegant and exclusive atmosphere. Villa San Pellegrino is situated in a beautiful panoramic hill, with a wonderful view 360 degrees: you can admire the Adriatic Sea looking East, Macerata North, the Sibillini Mountains West, and Olive Tree fields South. The Villa Park is extended in 30.000mq, far from the city traffic, with secular trees and green, allowing privacy and relaxation.

Private large pool and tennis court . Ideal for families and romanticism.

Villa San Pellegrino is situated in such ideal position where you will be able to enjoy the lovely weather -warm from the earth and a breeze from mountains and sea, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed and rejuvenating vacation.

The Villa is located in the heart of a green park, surrounded by shade trees, fruit-trees and olive-trees, far from the city traffic.

Villa San Pellegrino is finished with top quality materials like white marble, fine woods, and wrought-iron. Materials along with luxurious furnishings confer to the house an elegant and exclusive atmosphere.

Inside the Villa:

The bottom floor has a double bedroom with bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, spacious dining room (14-16 seats), billiard room, service bathroom, laundry room (with iron and washing machine) and gym. All rooms/areas have out-admittance (except for the bedrooms). A doble-room with en-suite .

The first floor offers a spacious entrance hall, large sitting room, study/reading/game room, TV room, service bathroom, coat closet, tea room and large terrace facing the pool.

The second floor includes 3 king-size bedrooms, all with their own en-suite bath with shower and one has a hydro-massage tub. There is also a gallery which can be used as a study/reading room.

The third floor has a garret with a sloping roof, 4 double bedrooms with twin beds and 2 en-suite bathrooms, 1 bathroom , a sitting room (excellent for reading or watching TV) and a terrace with a breathtaking panoramic view.

Outside the Villa:

The villa is completely fenced with an automatic gate. Offers a 200 square meter swimming pool with maximum depth of 160 centimeters and 130 centimeters minimum depth. This pool is lighted and has a diving board. The pool area also offers patio and lounge furniture. Renovated tennis court (hard surface) and bocce field.

Unique feature of this property is the private holy church built in the 1460, fully eligible for sermons and other religious events on request.

There is also an annex within the perimeter of the park, where Roberta, the property manager, resides in order to guarantee maximum security and assistance. She will be at your disposal if you need further information or requests.

In summer Macerata is a wonderful place for those who love Opera and classical music. Notorious artists and singers schedule their shows/concerts during the opera season (15 July – 20 August).

Sferisterio Theater is one of the most famous opera houses in Europe.

Frasassi: The Frasassi Caves is one of the most fascinating places in Le Marche Region. Thousands of tourists worldwide come to visit the wonderful caves and speleo (caving trails) each year.

Monte Conero: a rocky outcrop set in a national park situated further down the coast of Numana (also known for its professional golf club);

San Benedetto del Tronto: miles and miles of seaside on a sandy beach, restaurants and other attractions will also be by the beach.

The Sibillini Mountains have unique paths and trails where you can walk, fish or simply stand by and enjoy the scenery and landscape.

Other Activities: Le Marche is known worldwide for being the most important design manufacturer region; home for top Italian shoe and pursue makers (Prada, Paciotti and Tod’s, have their production facility in this region, giving the opportunity to tourists to purchase their magnificent products directly from the showrooms. Moreover, a wide range of small producers of handmade and jewelery shoes and leather items are all around the region.

Golf: For those passionate about golf, there is a wonderful 18 holes course just about 35 kilometers (22 miles) from Villa San Pellegrino. The Conero Golf Club is located at Via Betilico 6, Sirolo. Reservation to the course or training session is recommended.

You will feel as though you are in the lap of luxury- because you will be. Please experience Italy the authentic, classy way as should be intended...for any occasion.. This surprisingly affordable getaway will make you happy for years to come as the most intelligent, friendly, family-oriented staff will make you feel part of the their family!

For me, it is no longer, "When in Rome," it is now "When in Macerata"

Relax yourself!

The perfect place where you can turn off your mind and relax yourself!
An amazing villa, a elegant home furnishings, so many comfortable rooms, a excellent service.

I spent there a week with some friends and the time has passed very quickly. We enjoyed spending the day at the pool or playing billiard and tennis.
At any time you are surrounded by a beautiful landscape, that you can enjoy both day and night.

Every day we tasted many delicious dishes and sometimes we went out to try some of the many restaurants in the area, which can be reached in a few minutes by car, all nestled in the hills of Marche...Wonderful!!!

We had a great time there and we are looking forward to come back again!!

A Little Slice of Heaven

My stay in Villa San Pellegrino was awesome. The property was very clean and service was excellent. We had a very relaxing and reinvigorating family reunion.
Also, we booked a few dinners on the property, the chef cooked such superb food with a great wine selection and the price was just worth each penny.
It was hard for us to leave the property for site seeing and other tourist attractions since we were so comfortable and relaxed by the pool and the park itself but it is definitely worth checking out the surroundings.

We certainly are coming back!

One of our best vacations ever!

We had a great week that we will be remember for long time!
It was our first time in this part of Italy and we were both surprised and glad to see Le Marche is not overcrowded with tourists as other parts. We therefore had a really hard time to decide if we should go out on excursion or spend all of our time in this splendid villa!
