What makes this condo unique

We always meet our guests 'in-person' to make them feel welcome and to get them settled-in comfortably to their new surroundings. We provide milk, bread, fruit, water, tea and coffee so that our guests have the 'fixin's' for breakfast on their first morning.

Our building has a wonderful fitness centre and a recreation room, complete with a pool table, fire place, large screen TV and seating areas, ideal for entertaining friends while staying in our building.

Conveniently in the Heart of Victoria

My sister and I enjoyed our stay at the Metro Suite last May and felt very welcome by the owners. This apartment gem in downtown Victoria is close to many amenities so that you can experience the essence of the friendly and beautiful city of Victoria. Great accommodations to explore the island and feel comfortable and safe; public transit is easy and car rentals a block away. We would go back again for sure!

My husband and I spent 10 days in the Metro Suite. It was clean, well appointed and in a terrific location. We only used our car once. My husband appreciated the car wash bay in the secure parking garage and the fitness room. We will stay here again.

great condo, great location, great owners

my husband and I stayed in this terrific condo june 2014.
steve and trish were so helpfull. steve helped me to book bikes which we used to tour the city.
the condo is very very clean, it was equipped with everything you would ever need, location was perfect. I loved sitting on the balcony, condo had great comfortable bed, lovely sitting area, I do not generally cook when I am on vacation but I did cook in the condo kitchen because it was a great kitchen to cook in. I also loved being able to do my laundry before moving on to tofino.

I would highly highly recommend this condo.

We just spent another fabulous two months in the Metro Suite; this is our 6th year staying with Steve and Trish and City Life Suites. They are so warm and friendly and treat us like family. The high quality standard they have set for their rentals have kept us coming back and every year they impress us with upgrades to the accomodation. The Metro Suite has truly become our home away from home and we look forward to our winter vacation in the most walkable city in Canada. There isn't anything you could want for in this beautiful appartment in downtown Victoria, BC. From the perfect location near all the sites and the harbour, to the lovely furnished appartment that has everything, and the beautiful parks everywhere you look, you can't go wrong staying here. Everything is close enough that a rental car isn't needed, because walking around this beautiful city was lovely.
Steve and Trish made staying at the Metro Suite such a pleasure from start to finish, that we will definitely be back for another visit!

In the Thick of Things!

We stayed at the Metro Suite for a week in September. It is immaculate and well-supplied. The kitchen is great to work in, even though I'm used to something quite a bit bigger. The owners welcomed all three of us, one of which was a 45 pound dog named Lacey. We particularly appreciate this, since Lacey is a much better tenant than most humans, and the place was comfortable for all of us. The building, The Astoria, is very clean and contemporary, and things seem to work well. . . the elevator is quick (Metro is on the 5th floor), as are the automatic doors. The little balcony is a treasure that we spent quite a bit of time on, even though the weather was coolish. And of course, Victoria is an amazing place to explore. This is an apartment that is in the very middle of the city, so access is a breeze. . .we spend most of our time walking. Be aware, though, that there is a lot of street noise here. We used a fan for white noise to compensate for this, but we're also country mice, so it might not bother a more dazzling urbanite at all.
