Swaying palms, fragrant frangipani, blooming orchids, and indigenous Caribbean foliage make Villa Chai Light one of the most beautiful waterfront properties in Leverick Bay. Yes! We have bananas, and when they are in bloom you may pick them off the trees. Fetching a coconut may prove more difficult! Unless you’re a monkey, better buy them at one of the local markets.
Take a stroll through the garden paths, down the stairs to the beach. Hang out on your private dock and watch turtles, tarpon, starfish, and a myriad other marine species in North Sound’s crystal waters. Want to take a swim? It’s easy access on the natural sea-staircase, or climb down the wood ladder. Snorkeling is superb along Villa Chai Light’s beachfront. Finder’s keepers, as long as it isn’t Alive. Bring your sea-treasure to the terrace and store it in the shadow box to dry before you pack it.
Villa Chai Light’s stairs are easy to climb, but not recommended for the infirm. Children over five must be supervised on the terraces and near the water.
Villa Chai Light is a Smoke Free environment.
North Sound ferry from Beef Island Airport stops at the Leverick Bay dock, a five-minute walk/ride to Villa Chai Light. Saba Rock, Biras Creek, Gunn Creek, and Bitter End also take passengers from/to Leverick Bay dock.
Virgin Gorda is famous for The Baths, a geological wonder, and a must-see. The Copper mine offers insights to yesteryear; Virgin Gorda Peak, a spectacular panoramic view of Sir Francis Drake Channel.
