This picturesque waterfront gated home on the bay-side of Mile Marker 93 is situated in a quaint Tavernier neighborhood on 60 feet of dockage. The property is ideal for weekend getaways, week long breaks and even extended seasonal vacations. The Tavernier/Key Largo area is less than an hour South of Miami International Airport and a quick two hour drive to world Famous Key West, with countless gems just waiting to be discovered along the way. The Florida Keys boast glorious sunrises over the Atlantic Ocean and serene sunsets over the bay. Guests can sit on the second floor wrap around porch or in the downstairs hot tub and enjoy the views or watch boats come in from a day of deep sea fishing, scuba diving or just cruising. There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, with a large den downstairs that can be closed off for a 3rd bedroom. With a recently renovated kitchen and vaulted ceilings in the family room, this raised home is perfect for entertaining family and friends.
