On a quiet sandy lane, you will find an adorable, newly remodeled Cape Cod cottage. We just put in a brand new bathroom which looks great! Some special features include a large eat-in kitchen, fireplace in family room, 3 spacious bedrooms, washer/dryer, large yard, a highchair if needed, deck with patio table and chairs, outside shower, and less than a mile to Sea Street Beach. This is a newly listed rental! It is in great condition because it was only used for a summer home.

Also, Sunday School is located within walking distance of the property. Sunday School is one of the top-rated ice cream parlors on all of the Cape. There certainly is something for everyone!
