This immaculate home north of historic 6A features a renovated kitchen, a new, huge, bright, master suite and full bath, as well as central air conditioning and room for one or several families to vacation. Located on a quaint dead end road 3/10 mile from pristine Linnell Landing Beach on Cape Cod Bay, the house is fully equipped, and includes a dishwasher a DVD/VCR, while sleeping 10-13 in 4 bedrooms (2 queen rooms, 2 doubles in one room, 1 set bunk beds, 1 futon and 1 day bed). A large deck with new outdoor shower off one of the bedrooms allows privacy and comfort at the same time. After dinner, walk to Cape Repertory Theater for a show or come home and watch one of many available movies, play a game or do a puzzle. If you prefer, grab your bike and ride the Cape Cod Rail Trail (entrance 2/10ths of a mile) and explore nearby Nickerson State Park and all of its trails and ponds. Rent sailboat or canoe there, go fishing or just relax on one of its many beaches and picnic areas. Antique stores and art galleries abound as do top rated restaurants for many budgets and tastes. Children love Brewster's Museum of Natural History, the New England Fire and History Museum, and the myriad local Day Camps.
