Due to a cancellation, our home (5 min walk to bay beach and bike trail, and sleeps 10+ ) is available for rent the last week in August and/or Labor Day weekend. Rate reduced to $2000 from $2600. Add Labor Day weekend for an additional $600 or rent whole week of 8/30-9/6 for $1500 from $1900. Locals agree, these two weeks are THE best time of year on the Cape. Come and enjoy!!

After a day at beautiful Linnell Landing Beach just 3/10ths of a mile away, enjoy a cool drink on the private deck and plan for a stroll to famous seafood and ice cream spot-Cobies, for dinner. After dinner, walk to Cape Repertory Theater for a show or come home and watch one of many available movies, play a game or do a puzzle. If you prefer, grab your bike and ride the Cape Cod Rail Trail (entrance 2/10ths of a mile) and explore nearby Nickerson State Park and all of its trails and ponds. Rent sailboat or canoe there, go fishing or just relax on one of its many beaches and picnic areas. Antique stores and art galleries abound as do top rated restaurants for many budgets and tastes. Children love Brewster's Museum of Natural History, the New England Fire and History Museum, and the myriad local Day Camps.
