Photos and Description of the Daytona Beach Shores vacation condo rental
- 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, sleeps 4 comfortably

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, 2 balcony top floor (5th floor) condominium is ideal for people that need a vacation and enjoy their surroundings. Our building has a total of 30 units that have a delicate mix of owner occupied and rental units with returning clients from year to year. Our building provides a family oriented atmosphere and is not a party building. Being able to enjoy the sunrise and sunset off of east and west facing balconies is one attribute of this unit. The master bedroom with a new king size bed and TV with DVD player boasts a bathroom of its own with a standup shower and new furniture and tile throughout. The second bedroom is smaller with a large closet, a new queen size bed and dresser with the main bathroom adjacent to this room. A newly tiled floor and new paint make this room very comfortable. The second and main bathroom with a tub/shower is adjacent to the second bedroom. The newly furnished living room and fully stocked kitchen have new tile throughout.

Daytona Beach Shores is a place to relax!: A swimming pool with a large sun bathing area overlooking the beach and ocean makes for a relaxing vacation. With 150 feet of hard sand beach (during low tide) accessible from the pool area enjoying the beach is easy for everyone. Walking on the beach isn't a strenuous task as with some soft sand beaches. Kids will enjoy the ease of running on the beach. Playing catch with a frisbee or football is comfortable and fun to do. For the plain and simple admiring the ocean and beautiful intercoastal views is sometimes enough - and that's OK too. Whatever you desire this unit gives you the opportunity to experience a fun, relaxing, zero stress vacation. For people living in the north extending your summer can be done by enjoying either May, September, October, November or December in Daytona Beach Shores. We offer reduced pricing for any of these months and can significantly reduce the winter blues - you know those dreary damp cold days that seem to linger forever!

Located just 7/10 of a mile south of the last bridge to the mainland (the road ends 5 miles south of our unit) our condominium is in an area with reduced traffic flow since most of the heavy traffic is located further north within Daytona Beach city limits (approximately 5 miles). At the same time with the Dunlawton Bridge so convenient a trip to the mainland is a simple drive. Travelling across the state of Florida is a simple drive with Interstate 95 just minutes away. Restaurants and grocery stores are within 1.25 miles to make food shopping or a quick bite to eat a breeze. Fishing off the Sun Glow Pier or grabbing a snack at Crabby Joe's (located on the pier) is an easy walk (just 1/4 mile away). The Ponce Inlet Lighthouse located 5 miles south provides a sightseeing tour with a waterfront restaurant next door. A casino cruise ship leaves Ponce Inlet Harbor on regularly scheduled trips for an entertaining ocean cruise. Deep sea fishing charters also leave regularly from the Harbor.

Other Activities: 60 minutes to Cape Canaveral, 90 minutes to Disney

Golf: 2 amazing Arthur Hills designed golf courses within 10 miles from our condo.

This condo is an excellent choice for the family or a couple. We have stayed here more than once and our stay has always been comfortable and trouble free.Every thing that is needed for a great, worry free stay, is included.We would definately stay here again.

Fantastic, Very Clean Accommodations, Beautiful

The location was perfect for us. The condo was very clean and well maintained and very well furnished. The Inter Coastal View from Master Bedroom Balcony was absolutely beautiful. We had a wonderful stay and didn't want to leave. We are already planning our return trip.

We loved this place. It had everything we could have wanted and a great oceanview. It is on a quiet section of the beach and very relaxing. We also liked the reasonable price. Try it! You'll like it!
