It is perfect for 2 couples or a family vacation. The spacious (1250sq ft) ocean-front condo&deck are just steps from the beautiful beaches with spectacular views of the dune, ocean and the Atlantic City skyline. Wake up to the sound of the waves& breathtaking ocean front view from your bedroom or anywhere in the living area. Both bedrooms have Queen-size beds, with ceiling fans & TVs; 2nd Master bedroom also has bunk beds. Living Room has Queen pullout. Every amenity is included for a relaxing Beach/ Atlantic City getaway (5 mins). Atlantic City has first class entertainment, fabulous restaurants, shopping and Casinos. About Rochelle

Growing up my family vacationed at the Jersey shore every summer. I have beautiful memories of that time in my life and every moment I spend at the beach and Jersey shore I feel relaxed, alive, and delighted to be back! there is nothing like the ocean.

Rochelle purchased this condo in 2006
Why Rochelle chose Brigantine

We wanted ocean-front - why be at the shore and not see the ocean everytime you drink a cup of coffee or look out the window or sit on your deck. It's a beautiful, relaxing and spectacular view.

What makes this condo unique

The views of the ocean, the sound and power of the waves rolling in and Atlantic City skyline! And now after Hurricaine Sandy...the dune protecting us from a wild surging ocean. The surge did not make it through the dune! Got to love the Jersey Shore!

This is in a wonderful location, quiet and a wonderful view. The condo is immaculate, has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The town of Brigantine has wonderful restaurants and all the shops for your needs. The beach is just beautiful and clean. When I return to the area, I will definitely stay here!!!!
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Romantic Getaway

Rochelle's pictures and description of the condo was right on the money, the layout and amenities were amazing. The condo was spotless when I arrived and appeared to be updated and well maintained. Rochelle was quick to reply to my emails during my booking process and was very helpful with my questions. I am planning on returning to the condo late summer to enjoy the condo again. The location was perfect, short walk to the beach, great views from the master bedroom and living room. I have shared pictures of the condo with friends and family, they are also interested in planning a vacation, possibly to Rochelle's condo!

The condo was nice and had a good location. But I would not rent here again. I feel I was over charged $55. The night before we left the owner called and ask us to leave the keys and the door unlocked. The people coming after us forgot their keys. Two weeks later we received an e-mail asking if I had sent the keys back. I e-mailed and called reminding the owner about her call to the condo. I ask her if she didn't find the keys if I would lose my deposit, the owner said "we are not going to discuss that right now". That upset me because the owner told me to leave them there. Two days later I received an e-mail saying my check was in the mail. No, I would not rent there again. I had to rewrite this because the review board didn't like me putting the prices in the write up.

The apartment, the layout, the location - everything was absolutely beautiful and accurate to the description. The property was clean, very well organized and comfortably set up. Rochelle is a wonderful owner who takes care of everything without any issues, very pleasant woman to deal with. I am definitely coming back to the place and I will recommend it to my friends and family members.
