This new contemporary farm house sits on 5 acres. Mature oaks provide privacy on three sides, views of Vineyard Sound grace the fourth. It is a short walk to Menemsha Pond, a shallow and warm swimming area for small children, and to Lobsterville Beach, an uncrowded expanse of sea shore for swimming and a renowned spot for bass and bluefish. 2 miles from Gay Head Cliffs and ocean beaches. A one mile ride takes you to the bike ferry to the picturesque fishing village of Menemsha, its shops, restaurants and grocery store.
