Seabreeze is a beautiful, luxurious 2,800 square foot ocean view town home located directly across from the beach, a 5 minute walk. This four bedroom, four bath 3-story non-smoking home is equipped with everything you need for your vacation - even a private elevator! This home is decorated in very pleasing, relaxing colors. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed and satellite TV/DVD, and a private bathroom, complete with whirlpool tub and glass block shower. Two additional bedrooms have queen size beds. The main floor has a game room with daybed & trundle and a bunk bed, and full size washer and dryer, the second floor is home to the master bedroom and an additional bedroom, and the third floor has another bedroom as well as the dining room, kitchen, and living room. The dining room can seat six and the breakfast bar seats four. This home is very close to several wonderful restaurants and the Vilano Fishing Pier. Seabreeze is the best value in St. Augustine and Vilano Beach.

This property was just perfect for my family to all gather for a wedding we were attending in St. Augustine. This home had everyting you could possibly need to have a fantastic time at the beach. I would definately love to come back again and enjoy this wonderful home.

Great place!!

This is the first time we've ever rented a home for vacation and what a great first experience!!! True, the house was not a beachfront property, but it was such a short walk. Access to the Serenata Beach Club was a big plus especially for our 6 and under vacationeers.
The property was very well appointed; it seems that the owner has thought of everything. Even down to recommendations of restaurants -- which were great. It was nice to be able to make breakfast whenever we pleased.
We shared the house with another family and there was ample space for 4 adults and 3 kids.
The beach was lovely even if the surf was a little rough. We all had fun riding the waves, combing the beach for shark's teeth, and simply walking.
Forget hotels, this is how we'll vacation from now on.

Thank you for sharing your townhouse with us where we spent a wonderful extended weekend over the 4th of July. The spaciousness was fantastic for the seven, and for a couple of nights, the eight of us! Air hockey was fun, as was access to and use of the boogie boards for body surfing! We found tons of fossilized sharks teeth and walked the beach for hours. And the view from the living room...spectacular!

We brought many provisions (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.), and your house was so well appointed, barely used what we brought! As fellow beach rental property owners (we have a townhouse at Cape San Blas) we know what you should have for your guests and you really went above and beyond... Thanks again!
