This property is in a great location at the end of Priscilla Alden Road & is convenient to downtown Commercial Street, the ferry from Boston, beaches, bike paths, art galleries and restaurants. The home is handsomely decorated and furnished with a gas fireplace and a large, well-equipped kitchen. 2-bedrooms with queen-size beds and 2-full baths. 1-professionally finished basement with comfy queen sleep-sofa and 1-half bath. 1-additional half bath on main floor. Property sleeps 6 people comfortably. Walk to beach (Harbor Beach: ½ Mile, Herring Cove Beach: 2 miles), porch/patio, barbecue grill, outdoor shower, central AC, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, linens included, cable TV, VCR or DVD, fireplace, high-speed and wireless internet, no pets, no smoking. This is a Saturday (4PM) to Saturday (10AM) Vacation Rental. Full-week rentals only (no half-weeks).
