Steps to the Beach in this well maintained, clean close to the beach duplex 3rd house from the ocean. Privacy with only top unit rented. Beautiful beaches with many water activities within walking distance. Has all the modern amenities while still maintaining a traditional beach house feeling. Decorated in seashore theme. Newly remodeled exterior/interior kitchen and bath plus brand new bath added this past season. Very clean and well maintained. 3 bedrooms (1) queen (1) double (2) singles (1) portable mattress 1 1/2 baths (1/2 bath in master bedroom) central a/c, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, cable TV, local free phone service, DVD/VCR, ceramic tile kitchen and baths, ocean side porch area, outside shower for beach rinse off, full use of backyard with patio set, gas grill. Pride in ownership, highlighting cleanliness, privacy, all amenities, and steps to the beach, booked solid every season, a great value!!!!!!!
