Has all modern amenities while still maintaining a traditional beach house feeling. 3 bedrooms (3) queen, 1 1/2 baths (1/2 bath in master bedroom). Newer central a/c, dishwasher, washer/dryer, microwave, Flat Screen, cable TV, DVD, newer ceramic tile in kitchen and baths, additional outside h/c showers for beach rinse off, exclusive use of backyard with picnic table, gas grill. I stayed at this house with a couple of friends for my birthday weekend. I was very clean and had just about anything you needed for an enjoyable weekend. The Beach is just steps away! The outdoor area was nice to have a bbq and the outdoor showers came in very handy!
Will Come back again. The owner was very nice and informative!

Very Nice beach house had all ammenties. neat, clean and best was close to beach easy for the kids. Owner very nice and helpful with picking resturants and activities, they don't rent the other floor so we had our privacy like renting a single family with better price. We are going renting again this year.

I loved this place because it was nice to be so close to the water. It is well kept and the owner couldn't have been nicer. Will go back again!
