Fully equipped and furnished 1 Bedroom Apartment Overlooking Ashford Avenue One block to beach, short walks to restaurants, bars, nightlife, shopping, ocean-front parks, hotels and casinos. The apartment is located near the new La Concha hotel and has easy access to both the La Concha beach, Marriott Beach and Ventana al Mar (a newly renovated and lovely waterfront park). Laundry on premises and elevator. Electric, cable, towels, sheets and kitchen accessories included. Parking in building lot is first come first serve. Minutes from Old San Juan and Isla Verde. Apartment has air conditioning and cable. If there are no available dates ask about other properties.

Great deal, great location

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a week and had a great time. Its basic but has everything you need for a nice getaway and is much cheaper than any of the area hotels. We were able to walk to all the nice hotels restraunts and beaches and hang out at our little place at night!
