owners regulations:
Please be honest at booking of how many guests will be included as well if any pets and how many.
Failure to abide by max amount of people(8) or Pets, can result in complete forfeiture of your deposit.($800.) It will not save you money to try and cheat by misleading the owner as the house is well supervised by local people. Pets only allowed by personal aproval of cabin owner.
Pets must be well behaved ,must be clean, bring its own bed, not allowed on furniture or bedrooms where there is carpet,, not urinate/defacate inside the home , nails must be well trimmed not to scratch hardwood floors, use tick and flea protection, and owner responsible for cleaning up after it, around periphery of house, no dog poop should remain before leaving cabin. Be considerate of others, no loud barking dogs allowed that disturb neighbors. If all these criteria are met, owner still must aprove.
