Description of the Manchester vacation house rental
Spacious, well-appointed year round home with a 4 person hot tub, spectacular lake views, air conditioning, cable TV, Internet access, Xbox, and beautiful lawn to the waters edge. Perfect romantic retreat for couples or an inviting playground for a family vacation. Wake up to the relaxing sound of the loons with your own private waterfront with dock, canoe, and 2 person Old Town Kayak. The house has hardwood floors throughout with a well-equipped kitchen. The living room opens up to a cozy sun room with a glass roof and hot tub overlooking the lake. The spacious master bedroom suite is on the main floor with a queen size bed and private bath. Downstairs includes one bedroom with 2 twin beds and one bedroom with a queen-size bed each with their own sliding door to the patio overlooking the lake. Enjoy 130 feet of waterfront with dock and deep water for swimming, boating, and fishing. Feel free to bring your own boat to enjoy 10 mile long Lake Cobbosseecontee and world class bass fishing

Cobbosseecontee Lake is the central and largest in the Winthrop Lakes area. The water quality for fishing, swimming and recreational use is exceptional. The Winthrop Lakes area is close to shopping in Augusta, antiquing in Hallowell and the many summer features of the region. We are only a 45 minute drive to Freeport's L.L. Bean and other outlet stores. Ideal central location in the state for fall foliage. For winter snowmobilers and cross-country skiers, this house is ideal with many central Maine snowmobile trails in the area and 10 miles of lake to ski upon.
