A 2 bedroom comfortable quality Villa Apartment with WIFI internett connection, accommodating up to 4 persons, with a large south facing terrace, panoramic view over the Riviera and the Mediterranean sea, swimming pool, in a quite and small up market Provencale style private residential compound, within 10 minutes walk from the centre of the picturesque & art prehistorically important Village of Vence with lots of cafe's and restaurants & shops. The 115sq m Villa apartment consists of 2 separate bed rooms,. Private entrance with large Patio and out side secure parking for 1 cars.

Terms & conditions: Rentals are from Saturday to Saturday-Arrivals 4 pm - 8 pm/departures before 10 am. A 20 % non-refundable deposit is required on reservation. A further 30 % 60 days prior to arrival and the balance 50 % 30 days prior to arrival. The Villa apartment is fully equipped for up to 6 persons ( 2 bed rooms, plus axtra bed for 2) including bed linen & towels, normal use of water & electricity. A security deposit of euros 300 is payable on arrival, and will be returned on departure subject to no damage made to the apartment. The Renter is expected to have a accident & damage insurance to cover any accident or damage on/to the premises. The owner assumes no responsibility. The swimming pool is open from May to October

Surcharges: A surcharge of euros 150/rental ( 2009 Eur 160), for the final change over cleaning of the apartment when you leave. This is payable on arrival to the house keeper who will meet you on arrival and introduce you to the apartment and it's facilities. During period October 15 to end April, a weekly surcharge of 105 euros( 2009 115/week) is required for electricity & heating.
