Vacation in our charming 'old Florida style' beach cottage just across the street from the white sandy beach and a short walk to world famous John's Pass Village where you will find unique shops, wonderful restaurants and many activities. This quaint cottage was built in 1938 and has been beautifully renovated with a full kitchen, (including coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and of course a blender!), living room (w/ futon for additional bed) dining room, 2 bedrooms, with a queen and double bed, full bathroom has an old fashioned claw foot bathtub. Bath and bed linens included. Our non-smoking cottage is fully furnished in a comfortable 'beach style' decor with heat and A.C., washer and dryer, cable T.V., VCR, and DVD. The private fenced in back yard is landscaped in a tropical setting with a brick patio, gas grill and plenty of seating to relax or grill. Convenient transportation is available on the beach trolley.

Unique shops, great restaurants, plenty of day and night entertainment. The beach is one of the most beautiful and natural beaches around with outstanding sunsets.

    50% deposit due at time of reservation. Balance due 14 days prior to check in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cottage. The location is perfect - right across from the beautiful Madeira Beach which is one of the best beach areas near Clearwater. Also, within walking distance to John's Pass which has a number of cute shops and good restaurants. The place was cozy, comfortable with a back yard that is great for relaxing and enjoying the shade while reading a good book or napping. We would definitely go back.

Perfect Vacation spot

My family and I had a very relaxing and fun filled vacation here. The cottage was very well kept, clean, quite, roomy enough for the 3 of us, much better then spending a week in a cramped hotel room. We visited Pleasure Island 35 minute drive and Disney 1 1/2 drive. We enjoyed the short walk to John Pass Village for dinner and shopping, also a short walk to the Candy kitchen for homemade ice cream yummy!!!!! I would recommend this cottage to anyone wanting a very quite place to stay but yet a short drive to almost anywhere you want go. One of the owners went out of there way to meet us when we arrived and kept in touch during tropical storm Fay.

Great Old Style Florida Beach Cottage #131317

Just returned from a wonderful week long vacation at Madeira Beach, FL. We stayed in the absolutely cutest beach cottage and in such a great location. The beach was awesome and right across the street, walking and biking distance from all the shops, activities and restaurants of John's Pass. So much better than a condo rental, we had lots of room to entertain family and cookout in the spacious yard. Best of all the owners provided everything we needed, from beach chairs and towels to fresh grapefruit!!! The cottage was clean and well furnished right down to the kitchen. We have stayed in both the new one-bedroom and updated two-bedroom cottage rentals and found each unique and charming. In addition to the beach, we also went bike riding, fishing, played golf and went sailing. We can't wait to return again next year. I would recommend these cottages to anyone visiting family and friends in the local area as it truly has a home away from home or for those looking for a relaxing week at the beach.
