Four Bedrooms, Three Full Baths, Sleeps 10-12 Comfortably

Nothing else compares. If you think the Poconos are champagne glass tubs and heart shaped beds think again. Wonderful, spacious, professionally decorated townhouse boasts over 2000 sq. ft. of relaxation space.

You enter from your private walkway into a two story foyer. The living room is loaded with floor to ceiling windows, a remote controlled gas fireplace and a 32' LCD TV. The dining room has a French door to the balcony with a gas grill for summer cooking. The kitchen is a cooks delight, with high end appliances and cookware.

Four good size bedrooms, master has deluxe king-size bed with a master bath featuring a two person jacuzzi. Bedroom two has a four poster queen size bed and cathedral ceilings. Bedroom three has two twin beds, cathedral ceilings, and winter lake view. Bedroom four has a four poster queen size bed, private bath and its own sitting area with a double and single pull out sofa bed. There is also a loft and a family room with two pull out single sofa beds.

Rental Requirements: You must be 23 years old to rent.

1/2 Deposit required to hold date. Refundable less a 10% processing fee if we can re-rent the unit for that date

Our Pocono get away is located in the Big Boulder Ski resort, perched high above Big Boulder Lake. You are about 1/4 mile to both the ski resort, pool and lake club. In the winter ski the 'Big Two'! Your lift ticket gets you into both Big Boulder and Jack Frost resorts. Both feature skiing, snow boarding and snow tubing. Hickory Run State Park is close by for cross country skiers as is snowmobiling in Blakeslee.

In the summer, swim in the lake, one of the two pools or rent a boat and try your luck at fishing.

The Big Boulder Lake Harmony Area is home to numerous restaurants, from very casual to a New York Steak house. You are twenty minutes from some of the best outlet shopping including Ralph Lauren, Burrberry, Tommy Hilfiger, and Coach to name just a few.

The near by Split Rock resort features an annual beer festival, Big Boulder hosts a jazz festival and a wine festival. Pocono Raceway is only a 15 minute drive!

Ski: Ski & Stay The Big Two. Big Boulder Ski Resort is right outside our door. Day and night skiing and tubing available! Plus, your lift ticket can be used at Big Boulder's sister resort Jack Frost about ten minutes away. This is the best Pocono location, so close to the slopes, but more importantly, your are less than five minutes from many great resturants!

This townhome is beautiful and clean. Our family spent a week here and everyone loved the house and the area. There was 12 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone. There was plenty of things to do near by so the kids were never bored. We drove to Hershey park which was 2 hours away but a very easy drive. The owner was great answered all my questions quickly and always responded to my emails. This was one of the best vacations we have been on. The ages in our group ranged from 65-1 and everyone had a great time. Thanks again for renting us your beautiful home.
