3 Year Young 2 bedroom,1 bath condo with unobstructed views of Paugus Bay. Full kitchen with all stainless steel appliances...just right for the gourmet mom on vacation or the grilling dad... Dining/living area combination with casual table and chairs, queen futon couch for added sleeping space..., digital TV, gas fireplace and sliding glass door to patio and patio set, barbecue ,just waiting for your steaks and burgers ,while you watch the sunset over Paugus Bay..... 2 large bedrooms-master with queen bed and sliders out to the patio and 2nd bedroom opposite the master that has twin over double bunks... also available roll away beds and or aero inflatable bed.... central a/c,laundry in unit, 1 large bath with tub area/shower...all you need to bring is your family and your ability to have fun... Weirs Beach @1 mile away.We are close to all Lakes Region amenities and endless fun....

Lakes region of NH with Weirs beach and all the Lake Winnipesaukee can offer... quaint, white sand beaches, beautiful towns to visit around the lake that have history and nostalgia, not to mention great gift shops, candy shops and fine and casual eateries...Meredith, Center Harbor,Moultanborough, Wolfboro and Alton bay....1 hours drive to the NH and Maine seacoast or 1 hour drive to the mountains and North Conway for a day of superb site seeing!!!! This is an all season rental so please take advantage of this great property winter spring, summer or fall!!!!

All kitchen utensils for cooking and eating.Most common spices used in cooking stocked in the cabinets.Some cleaning supplies left for dishes and general cleanup. Broom,mop and vacuum. I stock enough paper products to get you started and leave basics soap. I do provide linens upon request. All beds are made and linens left.$50.00 for less than a weeks rental and $100.00 per week.Or you may want to price out a linens company...Logans Linens is in that area, or you can bring your own. Washer and dryer are in the unit.
