This beautifully decorated condo is steps away from shops and restaurants and is a seven-minute walk to the beach. This has to be one of the most convenient locations in Cape May! Not only can one walk to shopping, restaurants and beach, but it's within strolling distance of the many Victorian mansions that Cape May is famous for. The kitchen is equipped with everything you would need to cook your own meals, as well as a microwave. Also included are dishwasher and fairly large washer and dryer. There is space for parking for two cars (a real commodity in Cape May). The condo also features central air and heat, so it can be enjoyed all year around. ****New this year**** Beach box stocked with chair and umbrella so you won't have to carry things down to the beach!!

Steps from the Washington Mall and shops! Cape May zoo a short drive away. Famous Cape May beach a 7-10 minute walk. Leave your car(s) in the private parking spaces on the side of the building and walk to nearby restaurants, shopping. Or stroll out to see a performance at the Cape May stage, on the same block! Depending upon the weekend there may be an antique show or crafts fair at the Convention Center, or an art fair or flea market on the mall nearby.

We couldn't have picked a better spot for our time in Cape May. Clean, well-maintained, and attractive property. Grocery store (ACME) is literally a 30-second walk. Bike rental is 10 steps from the parking spot. Everything is basically an easy walk. The kitchen and washer/dryer were lifesavers. The beach box is another appreciated convenience. The owner was a terrific communicator and easy to deal with.

For families with small children, we had the best experience with the following eating places (all within walking distance):
- The Pilot House (on Washington Street Mall behind the Ugly Mug): kid-friendly that has very good food, and is less crowded and pricey than the Ugly Mug
- Henry's (on the beach): good view of the beach with a very good kids menu.
- Louie's Pizza (near the beach): as deprived DC folks, some of the best pizza we've had in awhile.

Bottom line, we plan to rent there next year.
