This home has a master bedroom with bath and a smaller bedroom next to another full bath. A comfortable pull-out couch provides additional sleeping space. Fireplace, antique pine floors, open shelving and many large windows create the perfect vacation setting for a family. Located at the end of a winding private road, this property is surrounded by the National Seashore and guarantees visitors quiet nights and pleasurable days. Close to ocean beaches and walking trails as well as the gallery and restaurant filled center of Wellfleet, the house and its landscaping create a retreat like environment for guests.

Notes: This home has been readied for occupancy in the fall of 2005. It was personally designed by the owner to provide a maximum of light and space contained in a cozily arranged open floor plan with two back bedrooms and full baths. The large living -dining-kitchen area is arranged off a screen porch and deck and leads to a small study/office room. The master bedroom is extra large with private bath. The smaller bedroom contains 2 twin beds and has direct entry to the hall bath. The house sits on over an acre of wooded terraine at the very end of a long private road yet is just a few minutes walk to peaceful, very swimmable Duck Pond. Adults can take a leisurely 35 minute walk through the National Seashore (which surrounds the property) to White Crest ocean surfing beach.

This rental home was absolutely perfect! It was extremely clean and very well-maintained. It had all of the amenities one could hope for. It was very peaceful and quiet.

The owner was very helpful in providing information about the area and was available by cell phone if we had any questions or concerns.

Many good restaurants were within a short driving distance.
As well as many wonderful art galleries and shopping.

We couldn't have asked for a better "home away from home!"
