Kihei Alii Kai is a beautifully landscaped, four-story complex. Our spacious, third floor unit in the C building is located just steps from the pool/jacuzzi and barbecue area and just 300 yards from Kamaole 1 Beach. Our condominium is fully equipped with everything you need to have a wonderful holiday, including a California king-size bed in the bedroom, and a queen-size sofa bed in the front room; all your bedding, towels (including beach towels), and beach chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your needs, right down to the blender to make your tropical drinks. Enjoy our large lanai for coffee in the morning or the wonderful sunsets at night.

We are located in South Kihei, just 300 yards from Kamale Beach I, one of the most beautiful beaches on Maui. We are with in walking distance to shops, restaurants and more of Maui's wonderful beaches. We recommend a car for site seeing, but for short trips, Maui now has a bus service.

Notes: Condo kitchen is well equipped to cook all your meals, check the cupboard before shopping for spices and other supplies left, such as paper products and soap, to start your trip. We do leave a starter items, such as hand soap, and paper products. There is a full size washer and dryer so you can pack light. There are two (2) BBQ areas, at the pool and next to the tennis courts, picnic tables are at both locations, so eat in the condo or enjoy the warm balmy evening dinning out. ***Sorry we do not have crib etc, but they can be rented, also the complex may not be suitable for those that have difficulty with stairs.*** Smoking allowed on Lanai only. Now toll free calling to Canada & the U.S. Mainland

We really enjoyed your condo in Maui and found it to be just perfect for us. Your unit is very nicely apppointed, is really well equiped with disher, glasses, utensils, towels etc., and also so nice and clean.
We had a wonderful holiday and had perfect weather. Thanks again for letting us rent it for the two weeks.

Extremely well kept grounds

We stayed here Dec 20-29, 2007 and really enjoyed it. The pool and bbq area were kept in extremely clean shape as was the balance of the property. The bed is truly a kingsize, not like some of the resorts which call a queen a king. Our teenage daughters slept on the queen sofa bed with no complaints. Proximity to the beach was very good, as well as the fact that the property is located about 1/2 block of the main road so you don't hear the traffic like those located right on the road.

We would rent this condo again in a heartbeat, it had everything we needed and more.
