Nice location but distracted owner.

We rented this condo for our son's wedding late Sept 2008 which was being held at Ocean Edge.
The rental agreement specified we would receive the keys one week in advance. We did not receive the keys and attempted to contact the owner, who apparently had moved out of state between the time we signed the agreement and our arrival. The owner forgot about us because of the move and had not changed the contact phone number on the web site. We had to drive to their old address to try to locate them and luckily a neighbor gave us their new phone number. It was very stressful to have to go throught this the day before we were to arrive at the condo and we were lucky we lived a few towns away from the owner's previous address.
It also took almost 2 months for us to receive our security deposit back despite the fact we knew the housekeeper was checking the house shortly after our departure. I would think the homeowner would have made the extra effort to send the security back more promptly given the stressful key event.
The condo is as described although a bit cluttered for my taste.
The location is the best thing about the condo, right next to the boardwalk to the beach and very close to the Ocean Edge pavilion where the wedding reception was held.
We found the condo layout worked for our group of five adults.
The Ocean Edge golf course is across the street, but that was not important to us for this trip, the condo is on the same side of the road as the estate and that was important to us.
