4 bedrooms, eight queen beds, 3 full baths, sleeps 14

Completely repainted, newly furnished and redecorated with a western mountain feel. Large game room and separate vaulted living room, game room and living room are both on the main floor with great natural light and views, gas fireplace in each, no basement. Four large bedrooms with two queen beds in each, makes a very nice situation for singles wanting their own bed. Each bedroom is decorated in a separate western theme. Owned and managed by local resident who has enjoyed the mountains and would like you to experience the same. Will help with activities or guide at ski areas. Located one-half block from summit stage bus stop, gives free service anywhere in summit county; four ski areas, outlet-mall shopping, recreation center, Zamboni groomed outside pond, multi-screen movie theatre. The house is located less than one mile from the dillon-ridge mall; citymarket grocery, Gart, movie theatre, Bed Bath and Beyond, restaurants, no need to drive three miles up the mountain for everything.

Nearest Airport : DIA at 70 Miles
Car: not necessary

A-basin, Loveland, Copper, Breckinridge ski areas are all about 12miles. Keystone is 5 miles. Vail is one half hour drive. Lake Dillon is 1 mile.

Other Activities: Top fly fishing in the blue river

I have spent time here the past two ski seasons and I must say the house has been everything I wanted in a vacation home. If I were shopping for a vacation home, this would be it. Quiet, solid and warm, the house is well maintained and clean as a whistle. The location is very convenient to all of Summit Counties ski areas as well as all the amenities of Silverthorne and Dillon. Don does a great job of making you feel at home! I would recommend a stay here to anyone looking for a clean comfortable and affordable house with easy access to I-70 and all the best skiing in the country.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, Romantic Getaway
