174 Tilton Street- Seabrook Beach, 100 yards from gorgeous sandy beach. Quiet family neighborhood. 3 bedrooms (Queen, Queen, bunkbeds, pull out couch), 3/4 bathroom, plus an outdoor shower. Fully appointed kitchen; sunroom; parking for up to 4 cars. Front unit of 2 family unit. Deep sea fishing, boating, surfing and beach combing. Nearby Newburyport, MA and Portsmouth, NH (10 miles) are quaint New England seaside towns to explore with shops and restaurants.

Memorial Day Weekend Stay

The house was in a great location, close to the beach which was a big plus. The street that it was on was not busy at all so the kids were able to play and we didn't have to worry about a lot of traffic. The only thing that was missing was a tub for the kids. Having only a stand up shower made it difficult to clean them up after a long day of playing on the beach. Other than that we truly enjoyed our stay and are hoping we can make our visit to the beach a new Memorial Day tradition.
