Enjoy fun in the sun with this great home near Old Silver Beach!!! This is a beautiful home in a desirable neighborhood in West Falmouth, only .6 miles from Old Silver Beach---the nicest beach around with the white sand, sand bars for the kids to play, and a fully equipped snack bar! Rental of our home also allows access to a private association beach just minutes away. This four bedroom, 2 bathroom home also has a large deck and an expansive lawn, perfect for watching the stars or enjoying a cup of coffee in complete privacy! The upstairs bedrooms each have two twin beds, and downstairs there is a king size bed in one room and a den that serves as a fourth bedroom with a sleeper sofa and television. It comes fully equipped with a outdoor shower, gas grill, picnic bench, beach chairs, micro, four tv's, DVD player, cable, dishwasher, washer & dryer, coffee maker etc. Backyard is completely private and offers an enclosed outdoor shower and changing area! New bike rail trail accesible!

This home is located in West Falmouth, close to beaches, whale watches, bike trails, and home to the Woods Hole Oceanographic. Falmouth is about 15 minutes over the Bourne Bridge and is a great location for many day trips to Hyannis, Provincetown, and other adjoining areas. Ten minute drive to the ferry for a day trip to Martha's Vineyard! Our home is a short walk to Old Silver Beach in West Falmouth--a perfect beach for the whole family!!

We are in a very private neighborhood that is perfect for families with young children or for couples who like to walk/ride bicycles. A short walk to one of the finest beaches in all of the Cape--Old Silver Beach. After a long day at the beach, you can take an outdoor shower (hot and cold water, separate changing area), then relax in the very private back yard with beautiful landscaping, large deck, and gas grill as you enjoy a summer night on Cape Cod!

A Wonderful Place to Stay

Five friends and I rented this house sight unseen over the internet. We were a little nervous as we had never done this before or been to Cape Cod before. All I can say is that the house more than exceeded our expectations. It was immaculate, the kitchen was exceptionally well equipped, lots of fresh towels for the bathroom, the backyard in particular was so peaceful and beautiful we could have spent the whole week there. Not a day goes by that we don't reflect how very much we enjoyed our stay and what a positive experience it was. The owners were friendly and responded immediately to a couple of requests. The beach is lovely where we enjoyed a great uncrowded July 4th fireworks show. The neighborhood is quiet, beautiful and great for walking. And a small grocery store nearby has great lobster rolls! The house is large enough that though there were six of us we had plenty of room. West Falmouth is a charming town and we can't wait to come back and wouldn't hesitate to rent this house again.

Perfect Summer Vacation Home

This is an absolutely gorgeous home within a short distance to Old Silver Beach--the home is clean, with everything you could need or want! Best part, the backyard is green and private and we lived on the deck in complete privacy after long days at old silver! Perfect neighborhood for families with children--and it is the cleanest home I have ever stayed at. Thanks for a great time--we will be making this a yearly event!!

I can't say enough about the beauty and cleanliness of this home! The location is great for families--only a short walk to old silver beach. We found that the neighborhood and the privacy of the backyard was a big plus. The home was immaculate and we are already looking forward to booking for next season!

Perfect Everythin!g!

We stayed here last year and are returning this year again. We hope to rent for 2 weeks next summer if available. This is the best location we have found after renting for 8 years. Very nice neighborhood, close to Old Silver Beach and to a private association owned beach as well.
This house has everything you would expect-and more! The owners cannot do enough to help you with whatever you might need.
We are evn thinking about an extra weekend next year b/c the rates are so good then.
