Luxurious - Bright - 2,500 sq. ft. - New Home. Like no other vacation rental in the area. Beautiful new house built on a mountain side, offering you breathtaking views of the Western Mountains. Conveniently located between the quaint villages of North Conway and Jackson, near most major ski resorts, hiking trails, Saco river, Echo Lake, and Storyland. Open floor plan, hardwood floors, tastefully decorated, well furnished. In the summer months you will enjoy the oversized deck with outside furniture and a grill. Offers 3 Bedroom.s, 2 ½ Baths and can accomodate up to 10 guests. Well equipped kitchen, dining area, cozy living room with fire place, separate family room with sliding door that takes you to a large deck with outdoor furniture and a barbecue grill. We have also recently finished the basement, which is a large walk out bright room with additioal seating, tv and a ping pong table. You kids will especially enjoy this great room.

Our house is located in Intervale, off of the Resort Loop Rt. 16A. Most area attractions are minutes away, the village of North Conway, and Jackson with plentiful shopping and dining. The most scenic area in New Hampshire. Enjoy it!

  • *To secure a reservation, a 50% of rental fee must be received together with the signed rental agreement. The balance plus $250 refundable security deposit is due 2 weeks prior to rental.
    *The above rates are based on a 6 guest occupancy. An additional $25 charge will be added for each additional guest, for up to 10 guests. (# of guests include children)
    *$75 cleaning fee will be added for more than 6 guest occupancy. (including children)

We have rented this house on 2 occassions, fall and winter. Both times were great! We will certainly rent again. Location is great to North Conway and ski areas with wonderful views and homey atmosphere!

Summer Vacation

My family spent 6 days at this property and it is a beautiful home. Of course there was some wear and tear with the house but that is to be expected. There was plenty of room for the 9 nine of us. The deck is great and it is so close to Storyland, the outlets and plenty of great resturants. We had a great time and the views are great.

This is a wonderful vacation home with fabulous views. It is beautifully furnished with loads of room. The kitchen is so spacious and functions so well. We truly enjoyed starting our day with breakfast on the huge deck while soaking in the peaceful scenery. It is in a quiet and serene location away from the busyness of North Conway yet close enough to all acitvities. We are looking forward to a return visit. The owner is wonderful and responds quickly to any questions asked.
