This quaint and cozy cottage-style home in a quiet neighborhood was recently renovated with beautiful finishes and strong attention to detail. Tastefully furnished, this lovely home features a large custom kitchen with a Garland range and granite counters. There is a bright living room with french doors leading to a huge sun-drenched mahogany deck w/ a large outdoor shower and a private yard filled with roses, hydrangeas and perennial beds. There is a large dining room, two bedrooms and two baths downstairs and two more bedrooms and a children's TV/ play room upstairs. The house has central A/C. The charming village of 'Sconset, with its wonderful restaurants and beaches, is only a short drive or bike ride on the nearby bike path.

Our family of five loved this house! It is truly charming inside, very nicely furnished, great kitchen, really comfortable beds. The deck and yard are huge, and the outdoor furniture top-notch. our youngest son enjoyed the sandbox built into the deck and the huge outdoor shower. Our teenagers enjoyed the freedom of walking to the shuttle to go town. All the amenities we needed were provided - huge cooler for the beach, nice beach chairs (and plenty of them) and large beach towels. The little playroom/tv den upstairs was an added bonus for the kids - loads of toys, games, books, etc. The owners were helpful and very nice to work with. We look forward to returning next year!
