Provincetown Vacation Rental condo

I traveled to P-town with my parents, my husband and my two kids (2 & 5 yrs old) and stayed at this property. First of all, Donald was always just an e-mail or phone call away. Plus he was always friendly to talk with.
The property was perfectly situated. We would hop in the car in the morning and go to the beach then shower and walk down Commercial Street for the day.
The property was just as described. It was uncluttered, quiet and easily used. We were able to completely unpack our belongings which helped us to feel at home. The neighbors were friendly and helpful.
The unit has its own private porch with stairs leading down to the common garden area. The loft has regular stairs leading up to it (not a ladder). Even though there wasn't a lot of head room in the loft, we slept 3 people up there each night (a playpen, a queen size Aerobed, and a sleeping bag).
My family and I have been renting on the Outer Cape for the past four years and this property was hands down the best so far. I will try to use Donald's property again next year.
Of course P-town was awesome! We recommend Frappo66 (at the Art House), Jimmy's Hideaway, and Pepe's for great food and atmosphere. And for breakfast, Chach's right down the street from this unit for the very best french toast (they are cash only though). I had a terrific stone massage at the blu day spa by Mel. And of course Ellie was singing her heart out.
In a word, this condo and this town are perfect! Thank you, Donald!
