This custom contemporary log home is located in the prime Eastville area of Oak Bluffs, close to the beach. Relax on the 42' covered porch on the front of the house. The living room contains 6 recliners ready to enjoy the 55-in TV. The large kitchen has all the amenities, including deluxe appliances, and the dining room seats 8 with comfort. The spacious master suite has a king size bed, with an adjoining large bath and dressing room, with a Jacuzzi tub. Three more large bedrooms, two with queen beds, and one with twin beds. There is a full bath on first floor. This home is tastefully decorated with all amenities, including a full size deck with a gas barbecue, first floor laundry room, and outdoor shower. Great Martha's vineyard Rental

We had a fantastic time in this house. It was spacious, clean and had all the needed ammenities. The location was perfect for riding bikes into either Vineyard Haven or Oak Bluffs. The owner of the property was easily accessible if any problems arose. I would definately recommend this property to families.

I had the pleasure of staying in this home for two weeks during my summer vacation and had the time of my life, it rained for two days straight so my family stayed indoors, we were very comfortable, there are 6 reclyners in the cozy living room and a large flat screen TV. The kitchen was large enough to entertain our friends who stayed in edgartown and wished they had seen this place first! The ocean is in view from the front deck and the house is loaded with extra emenities that we have never found anywhere else!
We will be back next year for sure, the best place in town, no dissapointments!

Best Vacation Home in Oak Bluff/Vineyard Haven

My family and I regularily vacation on the island and out of the several homes we have stayed at this house is the best we have ever stayed at by far.

Since the owner lives in the house in the fall/winter/spring, it has all the ammenities you would want in an upscale permanet residence, but available to vacationers in the summer.

After spending a week at this house, we decided we would not stay anywhere else in the future.

The owner is also a great guy and easy to work with.

We would definitely recommend this house to anyone wanting to stay at Martha's Vineyard.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
