Enjoy the 4th of July kids bike parade, pie eating contest, potato sack races and fireworks from Great Harbors. 2 minute drive to Falmouth Road Race finish line. This sunny home has 5 bedrooms (3 upstairs, 2 downstairs), 2 full bathrooms, full dormer upstairs, deck with barbecue, outdoor shower, hammock, fenced in yard. Cable tv in 3 bedrooms & livingroom, high speed wifi Internet access. Great, safe family neighborhood, no through traffic. Beautiful deck in private back yard setting; lawn furniture; complete movie library & board games. Very quiet private roads, perfect for roller blades, skateboarding & bike riding.
