The unit is roughly 760 square feet, is very well maintained, and is professionally cleaned and serviced by a local property management company that will be at your service should the need arise.
A roughly five minute walk puts you to where the snow begins for a short glide to the base of what is affectionately referred to by locals as 'The Village' ski area. Don't want to make the trek in the snow? No problem; grab one of the shuttles that regularly come by the unit.
The condo is located a very short walk from Sundance Tennis and Swim Club to which you'll have full membership privileges during your stay! The club has tennis courts, an outdoor heated pool, hot tub and kid's pool. [Note: There are periods of non-operation in the 'off' seasons; please inquire if interested.]
The interior of our condo recently received a number of updates including a complete re-painting of the walls with warm colors, two-inch wood blinds on all windows, refurnishing of the dining room table, lighting and ceiling fan fixtures, fresh coat of paint on kitchen and bathroom cabinetry, new knobs and pulls throughout the kitchen and bathroom, etc.

Our names our Cary and Ashley. We're husband and wife, and proud owners of this Teton Village condo, which is our home away from home. Far from your run-of-the-mill investment property that gets neglected by its owner, we travel several times per year from our home in Portland, Oregon to use and enjoy Gros Ventre B-8; and each time we go, we make a concerted effort to udpate and freshen up our condo to make it more cozy and comfortable for our next guests. We know you'll enjoy staying at our place just as much as we do.

Cary instantly fell in love with the beauty of Jackson Hole and all it has to offer when he first visited on a ski trip with his aunt, uncle and cousins in 1987. Ashley quickly felt drawn to the Valley and its surroundings on our first trip to Jackson together in December 2005. Twenty years after Cary's first visit, the time was finally right for us to buy our one and only vacation property, and we wouldn't even consider having it anywhere other than here, Teton Village, home of the greatest ski area in the world, and just three miles south of the breathtaking Grand Teton National Park.
This condo is a great place for value and location! The view out the window is very serene and looks like there's no one around for miles, yet you're within minutes of the ski lifts. Just walk up a few steps from the condo to the free shuttle that you can ride in either direction to either lift. The ride to the main lift is about 3 minutes and the ride to the other lift (Moose Creek) is down the street about 3/10 of a mile. If we'd had sufficient snow we would have skied there. Nice to have the use of the hot tub, which is a close walk right up the road. There's an indoor locker room there, so we would just change afterwards since it was a bit cold to walk home in a wet suit. The best part is undeniably the owner, Cary. We made an error on our reservation and Cary couldn't have been any more understanding or nice about it, even though it was clearly our error. He was "the calm in the storm" and I cannot say enough good things about how kind he was in helping us in any way he could. Interactions like that are worth their weight in gold. We would 100% book with them again!
I'm a veteran JH skier and would recommend this location and specific condo to anyone. Was a short walk either "up" to the Tram lift or "down" to the Moose Creek lift. With enough snow, skiing down would work too.
We did the week without a car. Plenty of places to eat / drink in the Village. Would recommend the Handle Bar at the Four Seasons ... and, of course, the Mangy Moose (but you have to know to go to their Bar if you want the chicken wings. The Bus service is quite easy to use to get into town.
But back to the condo. Plenty big for 4 people. One bathroom can be a challenge with a big group ... but all worked well.
I was also pleasantly surprised how quiet the condo was ... it's in a multi-condo building but we heard no other "condo noise".
Great condo! Skied out the back door to the village road, and skied down the snow covered road right back to it!
Equipped with all the amenities, and the owner was great to deal with! 5*'s!!!
Great little condo. It was perfect for our white Christmas vacation. The condo within walking distance to the ski run. If you don't want to walk then take the free shuttle just outside the drive-way. With my kid I took the shuttle and when I went alone I just walked 7 minutes and put on my skis right on one of the ski runs. The owner, Cary is a true gentlemen. I must have sent him more than 10 emails asking about the area, restaurants, what to do...etc. He was great in getting back to me and he gave me a special rate during Christmas week since I booked early.
The place is nicely equipped with all the necessary kitchen utensils, awesome fireplace, bed and bathroom towels. (lots of towels) The rental agency JHRL that Cary works with is also amazing. They were very helpful. If you go in the winter please put your skis in the ski locker. And don't forget to use the snowsled. My daughter loved it.

Great vacation spot. Condo was well furnished, kitchen we'll stocked, unit very clean. As I wrote in the owners guest book, we are very envious of Cary and Ashleigh having this condo to regularly visit. Neat town and Cary provided us with excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. We did a great deal of hiking and sightseeing, the unit is very convenient to so many beautiful venues, and such a nice place to return to after a very busy day. Would definitely come back !!

|Notes||We are one of the few condo owners who do not charge a security deposit - this means less paid up front and no refund hassles for you after your vacation! Rental discount of 10% for stays of 7 or more nights. The lodging tax (10% of rent) is what we are required to collect and turn over to the state. The cleaning fee ($78) is what our property management company charges to us.|
