- 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath with tub, Sleeps 6

This beautiful cottage is located in the unique, family friendly Beach Dreams Community! The two bedroom cottage includes a double bed in one bedroom room, 2 twin beds in the other - which can easily be put together for a king, and a queen pull out sofa in the living room, sleeping a total of 6. We have also added a washer/dryer in the unit! The cottage is located towards the back of the community in the Perkins Cove village. It only directly neighbors one cottage, with a covered porch overlooking the retention pond. Whether you're a young family or retired couple this community is for you! It features 3 beautiful pools - one of which is adults only, a kiddy pool, and 2 hot tubs, as well as other great amenities such as tennis and bocce courts, a state of the art gym, and wireless internet access. It is located 1 mile back from beautiful Moody beach and just a short car or trolley ride to Wells Beach.

No Pets are allowed.

This community was built to suit people of all ages. There is one pool designated specifically for adults to provide a more peaceful bathing experience. Renters are expected to treat the property and other renters with mutual respect so that everyone can enjoy their experience in the Beach Dreams community.

My family and I absolutley loved this cottage!! The pictures we saw of it were beatiful but it didnt describe it in person!! The cottage was very clean and a gave us a homey feeling from day one. From the first time I emailed the owner of this property he was quick to respond back and anwser any questions I had which made our trip a lot easier. Because this was our first trip to Wells and the weather was very rainy we didnt get to see as much as we would have liked, but everyone should stop in and visit the Maine Diner, the food was wonderful.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Girls Getaway, Tourists without a Car, Sightseeing, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway

Great place for family vacation, it’s save & quiet. There is plenty of room for 4.
It’s near to the beaches (ex. Moody, Wells) and they have 2 swimming pools.
It’s very useful when children are tired of the beach.

The cottage is very well located, we can easily reach by car:
- Portsmouth N.H. for the Historical Strawbery Banke Museum and the Best New England Pizza – Flatbread - & Best Ice Cream - Annabelle Natural
- York (Zoo, Cape Neddick LightHouse)
- Ogunquit (Marginal way and Perkins Cove)
- Kennebunk for Seashore Trolley Museum & Kennebunkport
- Portland for Children’s Museum & nice restaurants
- Freeport Shooping at LL Bean & the famous Clam Chowder at Linda Beans restaurant

Very quiet place, near to the beach. Our family spent really nice vacations and we are planning to return next summer! The cottage is clean, well equiped and positionned. We really had a good time!
