This beautiful cottage is one of the many in the ever improving unique Beach Dreams Community! The two bedroom cottage includes a double bed in one room, 2 twin beds in the other which can easily be put together for a king, and a new queen pull out sofa in the living room, sleeping a total of 6. It is located within the Beach Dreams community in the Perkins Cove village. Our cottage is in the best location within the village, only neighboring one cottage with a covered porch overlooking the retention pond. This gated community features 3 beautiful pools, a kiddy pool, and 2 hot tubs, as well as other great amenities such as tennis and bocce courts, a state of the art gym, as well as wireless internet access. The community is located a mile back from beautiful Moody beach and just a short car or trolley ride to Wells Beach.

My family and I absolutley loved this cottage!! The pictures we saw of it were beatiful but it didnt describe it in person!! The cottage was very clean and a gave us a homey feeling from day one. From the first time I emailed the owner of this property he was quick to respond back and anwser any questions I had which made our trip a lot easier. Because this was our first trip to Wells and the weather was very rainy we didnt get to see as much as we would have liked, but everyone should stop in and visit the Maine Diner, the food was wonderful.
Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. We take pride in our cottage and do our best to maintain a clean and comfortable place for our renters to stay with their families. I'm happy that you enjoyed our cottage as much as we do.
