This is a magnificent 4,200 square foot home situated on a one acre

property in north-central Scottsdale just off of the 101 Freeway

between Cactus and Shea.

This home has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. Gourmet kitchen with granite

counter tops and custom appliances. All bathrooms have granite

counters and high-end furnishings.

The living area is an open floor plan. Formal dining room and 3 car

garage with finished floor

Back yard has a large swimming pool and is beautifully landscaped.

An additional 1,000 square foot terrace contains a full outdoor

kitchen with bar refrigerator, beer keg refrigerator and tap and

A wonderful Holiday experience

My family and I stayed there over the Christmas holidays for a week. We loved it! I would definitely stay there again, it is a beautiful house and in a great location.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children
