four bedroom, three bath, sleeps ten

Great vacation home with four bedrooms and three baths located within the Tower Shores community. Our large and gorgeous beach is just a few feet from the front door and is adjacent to the Delaware State Park. We are located just one mile south of the Indian River inlet and three miles north of Bethany. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private deck with views of both the ocean and bay. The bedroom on the main level also has its own deck overlooking the tennis court and playground. The ground floor bedroom has its own bath and kitchenette and can serve as a separate efficiency. There is a patio with a barbecue on the ground level. A spacious gazebo is adjacent to the tennis courts perfect for holding a party or for a special barbecue dinner. The house comfortably sleeps ten. Cable TV, CD & DVD are included. Internet direct cable in our home.

Cove Road Townhouse

We shared the Cove Road Townhouse with 2 other families and we were all pleased with the accomodations. The location could not be better with close and easy access to the beach. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen fairly well equipped. One nice surprise was the close proximity to Matt's Fish Camp - a great restaurant for fresh seafood. The owner was very accomodating and welcoming and we all appreciated his hospitality.
We do wish there had been bathroom in the master bedroom and that switches were better labelled to understand what outlets they worked.

My Vacation time at Bethany.....unique experience

We were concerned how far the beach was from our unit...were pleased to be able to have a beautiful view from top balcony and even see the beach from the main living area. I broke my foot on way to Delaware and was concerned not knowing how stairs would work. Steps carpeted and just a few steps at a time..workable with a crutch and a little help! I even enjoyed my partial view from the balcony off living area. I was soooo happy to see a bedroom on main level so I didnt have to climb. We were able to sit on beach and enjoy the beautiful waves. In the town of Bethany they even provide a "sand" wheelchair for free for the day and I had a wonderful trip despite my disaappointment in walking the beach. Our unit was very comfortable clean and near the waves. The only suggestions would be more lighting in the bedroom on main floor and a larger TV in the living room. Owner left us a welcoming gift and card...very nice touch. Would definitely reccommend this unit to anyone. They were helpful everytime we called.Chairs and beach equipment very useful. THank you for a good trip

Great House!

We had a wonderful week in Ed's house. We brought our family (5) and 5 teenage "guests. Plenty of space! It is so big that every year I try to find another smaller family to come and share it with us. One of these years we'll be back!
