You will have the perfect family vacation in this 5 bedroom, 4.5 bathroom new exquisite home in a sought after private neighborhood location within walking distance to the beach and downtown Chatham. This over sized Cape has over 4,500 square feet of living space. This centrally air conditioned home has a first floor master bedroom suite complete with a king size bed and a two person jacuzzi. The balcony overlooking the living room and the expanded mahogany deck below leads to three more bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The fifth bedroom is the 'bonus room' over the garage offering complete privacy with its own bathroom and cable TV. It is easily accessible from inside the house. The extra large living room with its cathedral ceiling and gas log fireplace has numerous windows overlooking the deck and lovely landscaped lot. The living room opens up to the fully equipped eat-in kitchen with granite counter tops and a lovely bay window. There is also a formal dining room and den.
