Experience breathtaking scenic views from both the front and back doors of our 5th floor, oceanfront condo. Our meticulously maintained luxury unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. The condo is decorated beautifully throughout with a light, airy living room, comfortable dining area, screened lanai and fully furbished kitchen. Whether inside or out, you’ll certainly get the feeling of being at an island oasis as you overlook the beautiful waters of Southwest Florida’s San Carlos Bay and the Gulf of Mexico. Our home is situated on the property of the world-renowned, 4 star, 4 diamond, Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa. As part of this 85 acre oceanfront property you have access to spectacular amenities including 7 dining options, 5 pools, private white sand beach, fishing pier, nature trails, world class spa, water sport rentals and various cruises as well as exquisite sunsets.

The Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa is located on it's own peninsula of land just before the causeway to Sanibel and Captiva Islands. It is situated with beautiful San Carlos Bay and the Gulf of Mexico to the front and natural, serene mangroves to the back. Nearby activities/attractions include shelling, biking, water sports, fishing, boat rentals, charters, dinner and dolphin cruises, nature walks, and Eco-tours. With restaurants for a variety of tastes, dining in Sanibel, Captiva, and Ft. Myers is unsurpassed! Locally you can take in some great live theater, a movie at the Bell Tower '20', or visit the Henry Ford and Thomas Edison homes and museums. In addition to the 5 pools, beach, and water activities the resort also offers 7 dining options. They range from fine dining with French cuisine in The Banyan Room to the casual Pelican Poolside Bar and Grill. From the Courtside Steakhouse pub to tropical Charley's Cabana Bar. There's also the Palm Court Bakery for quick snacks, The Tarpon House for great fresh fish selections, and a deli over at the Inn for lunch on the go. In addition, the resort has a 40,000 sq ft world-class spa which offers over 60 types of beauty and relaxation treatments. By booking a spa service you have access to the state of the art gym facilities. You can also contact the spa to get information on playing tennis on their fantastic clay and composite courts. If you like to fish, you can do so right from our beach or from the resort's pier.

The rental was wonderful. The screened in porch allowed us to see Dolphins in the water. It was amazing to relax and just hear the ocean.

The rental was clean and allowed all the amenities of home that is needed for a family. Refrigerator, dishes, coffee pot.

I could live there for the rest of my life and enjoy the rental. The pool was nice and there were chairs, so you didn't need to bring anything. It was quiet and safe for the kids. The ocean was right outside the elevator at the garage.

Ashley the owner was quick to set up the reservation, send me the required documents, provide sights to see (and I took the girls to most of them). Everything you want to do is within 5 miles of the resort. Dolphin watching tour, parasailing, swimming, putt putt golf, restaraunts that were inexpensive but provided good service and food.

When I returned home, Ashley had reviewed the property and I had met all her requirements and my deposit was returned right away. I would rent property from Ashley again and I would love to return to this resort.
