We truely enjoyed staying at this property. The house was spacious and there was plenty of room for all 10 of us. The kids spent time on the lower level which allowed the adults to enjoy the hot tub and fireplace on the main floor. The house was like new and it was well stocked with everything you could imagine. Quiet/secluded location, but close to all area attractions. We will be back next year for sure.

Great Family Spot for Summer

We had a great time at this beautiful home. Everyone had their own space - my son (15) and his friend loved having the bottom floor to themselves! Kitchen was well stocked with essentials, great dining spots (inside and out). Hot tub was a hit with all! Perfectly clean and hot when we arrived.
Michelle was wonderful, calling us the first day to check on us. She provided lots of information about what to do around this area.
Buttermilk Falls was a great hidden local spot. Motor boat rental/tubing at Lake Bomoseen (less than 1 hr away) was our favorite. Great hikes, restaurants. Absolutely best pizza (and we're NY-ers) was at Ramunto's Pizza on Rte 4, on way to Woodstock. Would return again!

This place is perfect! The house is more beautiful inside than in the pictures. The setting is quiet and private, but it's close to everything. There is plenty of room for everyone between the living room, loft and den....the kids even had their own place to play and enjoy! We will be back again!
