Upstairs, you have a king sized bed in the master bedroom with, again, another lighted ceiling fan with remote control (Ladies! This comes in very handy for me. The remote stays right by my nightstand. LOL). The master bedroom has a walk in closet and a TV with a VCR player. The master bathroom has all new vanity, sink, faucet and mirror. The 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Also with a TV and DVD/VCR player. There is a full sized washer and dryer upstairs. Also, the 2nd bathroom upstairs has all new vanity, sink, faucet and mirror.
There are a total of 4 TVs in our villa. If you don't want to watch TV, watch the golfers golf by. Off our deck is the 7th hole. Have a BBQ with our new Gas Grill and just relax as you watch the golfers play the sport. That's the life!
Four bikes available for you to enjoy. Portable gate also available.
If you are looking for proximity to the pool and beach, look no further! 1 minute walk to pool & 5 minute walk to beach!!!

Beach location & 24/7 Assistance:
We are the second development, within Shipyard, to the beach! One block away is the closest development from the beach. Our villa is less than a 5 minute leisurely walk from the beach. There is a path that runs along the backyard, in the shade. For your convenience we have beach chairs and a buggy to take to the beach.
As a bonus, we have a local rental agent to provide 24/7 on-call service should you need assistance. What would you do if there is a problem? Whether it is a small problem (I need more towels, etc.) to a bigger problem (the toilet flooded, etc.), with the 24/7 service they will assist you immediately. There is nothing like having the security of someone being there in the event something happens during your stay, quickly.
By the way, the villas on either side of us are also rentals. Ideal for larger groups, reunions, that want to stay near each other!
