Watch beautiful sunsets from the deck overlooking a sandy beach and a small island with your very own lighthouse while listening to the cry of the loons! This lakefront cottage has it all!. It's located on a deep, clean, 10 mile lake in the Down East Maine town of Surry. It's 6 miles from the ocean and only 40 minutes from Acadia National Park and Mt. Desert Island. The property has 2 beaches for swimming and we own an island with an operating small lighthouse! Your kids will love to swim out to the island! This property has all the features for the perfect, restful vacation in beautiful Down East Maine.
